SalesChat is a business-to-business platform.
Businesses using SalesChat may process information about their own customers, prospects, leads, and contacts through the platform.
In those situations, the business using SalesChat generally determines the purpose of its communications and is responsible for ensuring that its use of SalesChat, connected communication channels, integrations, and customer information complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
This Privacy Policy describes SalesChat's own processing practices and does not replace privacy notices that our business customers may be required to provide to their customers.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM SALESCHAT USERS

SalesChat currently uses Clerk to provide authentication and session management.
SalesChat may receive your name, email address, profile image, and authentication identifier from Clerk when your account is provisioned or authenticated.
4. BUSINESS AND ORGANIZATION INFORMATION
Businesses using SalesChat may provide, create, or configure information such as:
• organization or workspace name;
• organization logo;
• locale and timezone;
• team structure;
• organization members;
• user roles and permissions;
• connected communication channels;

• workflow settings.
SalesChat uses this information to provide and administer the service for each organization.
5. CONNECTED COMMUNICATION CHANNELS AND SERVICES
SalesChat is designed to allow organizations to connect supported communication channels, platforms, APIs, and third-party services.
Each organization determines which supported integrations it chooses to connect.
When an organization connects an external platform or service, SalesChat may receive and process information made available through that integration as necessary to provide the functionality requested by the organization.
The categories of information processed depend on the connected service and may include:
• account or business identifiers;
• communication channel identifiers;
• contact identifiers;
• customer contact information;
• inbound and outbound communications;
• message identifiers;
• timestamps;
• delivery or communication status;
• integration configuration;
• webhook events;
• technical metadata;
• authorization credentials or access tokens.
SalesChat does not automatically receive information from every supported platform. Information is received only from services that have been connected, configured, or otherwise authorized for use by the relevant organization.
6. INFORMATION RECEIVED THROUGH WHATSAPP AND META
When a business connects WhatsApp Business to SalesChat, SalesChat may receive and process information from Meta Platforms and the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Depending on the interaction and functionality used, this may include:
• WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID);
• WhatsApp Business Phone Number ID;
• business display phone number;
• WhatsApp contact identifier or wa_id;
• customer WhatsApp phone number;
• customer WhatsApp display or profile name when made available;
• WhatsApp message ID (wamid);
• inbound message content;
• outbound message content;
• message type;
• message timestamp;
• delivery status;
• sent, delivered, read, or failed status;
• media type metadata;
• WhatsApp message template information;
• webhook event identifiers;
• webhook event classification;
• technical identifiers required to prevent duplicate webhook processing.
SalesChat does not currently download or permanently store the binary content of WhatsApp images, audio files, videos, or documents through its normal inbound messaging pipeline.
SalesChat may record the type of media associated with a message without storing the underlying media file.
SalesChat does not currently store the complete raw WhatsApp webhook body for ordinary webhook processing.
SalesChat may store identifiers, hashes, classifications, and processed information required to route messages, prevent duplicate processing, maintain conversation history, and update delivery status.
7. HOW WE USE WHATSAPP INFORMATION
SalesChat processes WhatsApp information to:
• receive customer messages;
• identify the appropriate conversation and contact;
• display conversations in the SalesChat inbox;
• allow authorized business users to respond to customers;
• send outbound WhatsApp messages;
• send approved WhatsApp message templates;
• track message delivery and read status;
• prevent duplicate webhook processing;
• maintain conversation history;
• route conversations to the appropriate business account;
• provide conversational automation where enabled;
• support authorized workflows and integrations;
• troubleshoot messaging and integration issues;
• protect the security and reliability of the platform.
SalesChat processes WhatsApp information only as necessary to provide the functionality requested by the organization using the platform and in accordance with applicable Meta and WhatsApp requirements.
8. WHATSAPP BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
When authorized by a business, SalesChat may use Meta's WhatsApp Business management functionality to access or manage business assets required to operate WhatsApp through SalesChat.
This may include:
• WhatsApp Business Account identifiers;
• business phone number identifiers;
• message templates;
• template names;
• template categories;
• template languages;
• template content and parameters;
• template approval status;
• template identifiers;
• other WhatsApp Business configuration made available through authorized Meta APIs.
SalesChat may retrieve message templates directly from Meta and display them inside SalesChat.
When an authorized administrator creates or manages a supported WhatsApp message template through SalesChat, relevant template information may be transmitted to Meta for processing, management, and approval.
9. GOOGLE CALENDAR INTEGRATION
SalesChat offers an optional integration with Google Calendar to support appointment scheduling and calendar synchronization. An authorized administrator of a SalesChat organization may choose whether to connect a Google account and which supported calendar or calendars to use with SalesChat.
GOOGLE CALENDAR PERMISSIONS
When an organization connects Google Calendar, SalesChat requests only the Google OAuth permissions required to provide the enabled calendar functionality.
SalesChat may request permission to:
The Google Calendar OAuth permissions currently requested by SalesChat are:https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly — to list available calendars for calendar selection;https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.freebusy — to determine calendar availability without reading underlying event contents; andhttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — to create, update, reschedule, and cancel appointment events.
• list calendars available to the connected Google account so an authorized administrator can select the calendar or calendars used with SalesChat;
• query calendar availability through Google Calendar FreeBusy information so SalesChat can determine which appointment times are available; and
• create, update, reschedule, and cancel Google Calendar events associated with appointments managed through SalesChat.
SalesChat does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Sheets, or other unrelated Google services as part of the Google Calendar integration.
CALENDAR INFORMATION
When an administrator selects a Google Calendar for use with SalesChat, SalesChat may receive and store information necessary to identify and configure the selected calendar, including:
• the Google Calendar identifier;
• the calendar display name;
• whether the calendar is designated as primary;
• the calendar timezone; and
• integration configuration necessary to operate the connection.
SalesChat does not need to persist the organization's complete Google Calendar list after the relevant calendar configuration has been selected.
AVAILABILITY INFORMATION
When appointment availability is requested, SalesChat may query Google's FreeBusy API.
FreeBusy information identifies time intervals during which the selected calendar is unavailable. It does not provide SalesChat with the title, description, attendees, or other contents of the underlying events.
SalesChat uses this availability information to calculate appointment slots. Raw FreeBusy busy intervals are used transiently for availability calculations and are not persistently stored as calendar event records in SalesChat.
When artificial intelligence functionality is used for conversational booking, an AI agent may receive available appointment slots calculated by SalesChat from calendar availability information. SalesChat does not provide the AI model with raw FreeBusy intervals or the contents of unrelated Google Calendar events for this purpose.
APPOINTMENT EVENTS
When an appointment is booked through SalesChat, SalesChat may create a corresponding event on the selected Google Calendar.
Depending on the organization's booking configuration, information transmitted to Google may include:
• appointment date and time;
• event title;
• event description;
• appointment-related information configured by the organization; and
• the contact's email address when the organization chooses to send a calendar invitation.
SalesChat may subsequently update the corresponding Google Calendar event when an appointment is rescheduled and may cancel or delete the event when the appointment is cancelled.
SalesChat stores the Google Calendar event identifier associated with a SalesChat booking so that the corresponding event can be updated or cancelled when necessary.
GOOGLE OAUTH CREDENTIALS
To maintain an authorized Google Calendar connection, SalesChat stores OAuth credentials issued by Google, which may include an access token and refresh token, together with information such as granted scopes, expiration information, and connection metadata.
Google OAuth credentials stored by SalesChat are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption.
OAuth credentials are handled server-side and are not intentionally returned to the SalesChat browser application, displayed to end users, or included in ordinary application logs.
HOW GOOGLE CALENDAR INFORMATION IS USED
SalesChat uses information obtained through Google Calendar APIs only as necessary to provide and support user-facing calendar and appointment functionality requested by the organization.
This may include:
• selecting calendars;
• calculating appointment availability;
• creating appointment events;
• updating or rescheduling appointment events;
• cancelling appointment events;
• synchronizing relevant booking state; and
• troubleshooting and securing the authorized integration.
SalesChat does not sell Google Calendar data or use Google Calendar data for advertising, behavioral advertising, data brokering, creditworthiness determinations, or unrelated marketing profiling.
GOOGLE CALENDAR AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
SalesChat may use artificial intelligence providers when an organization enables AI-powered conversational functionality.
For conversational booking, SalesChat may provide an AI agent with appointment availability calculated by SalesChat, including available appointment times and related display information needed to communicate scheduling options to the customer.
SalesChat does not intentionally provide AI providers with Google OAuth credentials, raw FreeBusy busy intervals, or the contents of unrelated Google Calendar events as part of this process.
Information processed by AI providers remains subject to the organization's enabled SalesChat functionality, configuration, and the applicable provider arrangements described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
GOOGLE API SERVICES USER DATA POLICY
SalesChat's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
Information obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide or support user-facing functionality described in this Privacy Policy.
SalesChat does not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, or use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Google user data may be processed by infrastructure or service providers acting on behalf of SalesChat where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and provide the service, subject to appropriate data-protection and confidentiality obligations.
Human access to Google user data is restricted and occurs only when reasonably necessary for security, support, legal compliance, or other circumstances permitted under applicable Google API policies.
DISCONNECTING GOOGLE CALENDAR
An authorized organization administrator may disconnect Google Calendar through SalesChat at any time.
When Google Calendar is disconnected, SalesChat attempts to revoke the applicable Google OAuth authorization through Google's token revocation mechanism and permanently removes the locally stored OAuth credentials associated with the connection.
Local credentials are removed even if Google's revocation service is temporarily unavailable or the applicable Google token has already been invalidated or revoked.
After disconnection, SalesChat can no longer use the removed credentials to make authorized Google Calendar API requests for that connection.
Historical SalesChat booking records created while the integration was active may remain in SalesChat in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Such records may retain technical identifiers associated with previously created Google Calendar events, but those identifiers do not independently authorize SalesChat to access the user's Google Calendar.
An administrator may subsequently reconnect Google Calendar by completing a new authorized OAuth flow.
ADMINISTRATOR CONTROL
Connecting Google Calendar is optional.
Authorized organization administrators control whether the integration is connected, which supported calendar configuration is used, and whether the integration remains active.
10. CONTACTS AND CONVERSATION HISTORY
SalesChat may maintain contact and conversation records for businesses using the service.
Depending on the connected communication channel and the organization's configuration, these records may include:
• contact identifiers;
• phone numbers or other channel-specific identifiers;
• display names when available;
• manually entered contact information;
• custom fields configured by the business;
• conversation status;
• assigned user or team;
• inbound messages;
• outbound messages;
• message timestamps;
• message delivery status;
• channel information;
• conversation workflow status.
Conversation history is maintained so businesses can manage ongoing customer relationships, provide customer service, maintain context, and have continuity when responding to customers.
11. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PROCESSING
SalesChat includes optional artificial intelligence capabilities.
When an organization enables and explicitly uses supported AI functionality, SalesChat may transmit relevant information to the AI provider configured for that organization in order to generate a response or perform the requested AI operation.
Information transmitted may include:
• conversation message text;
• relevant recent conversation history;
• conversational agent instructions;
• tool names and descriptions;
• contextual information;
• configuration required to generate the requested response.
SalesChat currently supports real AI execution through OpenAI for implemented AI workflows.
SalesChat may support additional AI providers in the future.
Organizations may also be permitted to configure their own supported AI provider credentials.
SalesChat does not automatically transmit every conversation to an AI provider merely because a communication channel is connected.
AI processing depends on the functionality enabled and used by the organization.
Where organizations provide their own supported AI provider credentials, those credentials are handled separately from ordinary conversation data and are protected using appropriate credential-security controls.
12. AUTHENTICATION INFORMATION
SalesChat uses Clerk as an authentication and identity-management provider.
Clerk may process information required to:
• authenticate users;
• provide supported social login functionality;
• maintain login sessions;
• verify email addresses;
• protect accounts from unauthorized access.
SalesChat uses Clerk for identity and authentication.
SalesChat maintains its own organization, membership, role, permission, and tenant-isolation system and does not rely solely on Clerk to determine ownership of customer data.
When a business connects an external service such as WhatsApp Business or Google Calendar, SalesChat may need to store access credentials required to communicate with that service and perform operations authorized by the organization.
Supported integration credentials stored by SalesChat, including Meta and WhatsApp access tokens and Google OAuth credentials, are encrypted at rest.
SalesChat currently uses AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption for supported integration credentials.
Encryption keys are maintained in the secure server environment and are not stored in the same database record as the encrypted credential.
Integration credentials are decrypted on the server only when required to perform an authorized operation with the relevant provider.
Plaintext integration credentials, including Meta access tokens and Google OAuth access or refresh tokens, are not intentionally:
• returned to the SalesChat browser application;
• included in ordinary API responses;
• stored in ordinary application logs; or
• displayed to end users.
SalesChat may store non-secret credential metadata, such as granted permissions, expiration information, connection status, token fingerprints, or limited key hints, where necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or help administrators identify an integration without exposing the underlying credential.
When an integration is disconnected, SalesChat handles the associated credentials according to the disconnection procedures applicable to that integration and described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
14. WEBHOOK SECURITY
SalesChat uses webhooks and similar mechanisms to receive events from supported communication platforms and integrations.
For WhatsApp Business, SalesChat verifies supported webhook requests using the signature supplied by Meta and the Meta App Secret configured securely on the server.
Requests that fail required signature verification may be rejected.
SalesChat uses webhook identifiers, hashes, and other technical controls to help prevent duplicate message processing.
15. MULTI-TENANT DATA ISOLATION
SalesChat is a multi-tenant service.
Business data is associated with an internal organization identifier.
Authenticated requests resolve the active organization on the server, and application queries are scoped to the organization associated with the authenticated user and their membership.
SalesChat uses role-based access controls, which may include roles such as:
• owner;
• administrator;
• supervisor;
• agent.
Permissions vary by role.
These controls are designed to prevent one SalesChat organization from accessing another organization's business data.
16. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
SalesChat does not sell personal information obtained through customer conversations, connected communication channels, Google Calendar integrations, or other supported integrations.
We may disclose or transmit information to service providers, communication platforms, integration providers, AI providers, infrastructure providers, or organization-configured services when necessary to operate SalesChat, secure the service, or provide functionality requested by the relevant organization.
Current providers and categories may include:
META PLATFORMS / WHATSAPP
SalesChat communicates with Meta Platforms to send and receive WhatsApp messages and manage authorized WhatsApp Business assets.
Information sent to Meta may include:
• recipient WhatsApp identifiers;
• outbound message content;
• approved template content;
• template parameters;
• business phone number identifiers; and
• information otherwise required to perform an authorized WhatsApp Business operation.
GOOGLE / GOOGLE CALENDAR
When an organization connects Google Calendar, SalesChat communicates with Google through authorized Google Calendar APIs to provide calendar and appointment functionality.
Depending on the functionality used and the organization's configuration, information exchanged with Google may include:
• calendar identifiers and calendar configuration information;
• calendar availability requests;
• appointment dates and times;
• event titles and descriptions;
• appointment-related information configured by the organization;
• contact email addresses when calendar invitations are enabled; and
• technical identifiers required to create, update, reschedule, cancel, or synchronize applicable calendar events.
SalesChat's access to and use of information received from Google APIs is described in the Google Calendar Integration section of this Privacy Policy and is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
CLERK
Clerk provides user authentication and session management for SalesChat.
REPLIT
SalesChat currently uses Replit infrastructure for application hosting, computing, deployment, and database infrastructure.
Information processed through SalesChat may therefore be processed by infrastructure operated or provided by Replit as necessary to host and operate the SalesChat service.
OPENAI
When an organization explicitly uses implemented AI functionality configured with OpenAI, conversation context, instructions, structured tool outputs, and other information necessary to perform the requested AI operation may be transmitted to OpenAI.
For Google Calendar-enabled conversational booking, information provided to an AI model may include appointment availability calculated by SalesChat from calendar availability information, such as available appointment times and related display information. SalesChat does not intentionally transmit Google OAuth credentials, raw FreeBusy busy intervals, or the contents of unrelated Google Calendar events to OpenAI for this purpose.
Such processing is subject to the applicable provider terms and the configuration selected by the SalesChat customer.
ORGANIZATION-CONFIGURED SERVICES
SalesChat may allow organizations to connect or configure third-party APIs, automation systems, AI providers, webhooks, calendar providers, or other external services.
When an organization enables such functionality, information may be transmitted to the selected service as necessary to perform the organization's requested workflow.
The organization is responsible for selecting and configuring external services and ensuring that its use of them complies with applicable privacy laws, contractual obligations, and platform policies.
17. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
SalesChat uses technology service providers to operate the platform.
Some providers may process information in countries other than the country where the SalesChat customer or the relevant individual is located.
As a result, information may be transferred or processed internationally where necessary to provide the service.
Where required by applicable law, SalesChat will use appropriate contractual, technical, organizational, or legal safeguards for such processing.
Third-party services independently selected and configured by a SalesChat customer may process information in locations determined by those providers and the customer's configuration.
18. DATA SECURITY
SalesChat uses technical and organizational controls intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Current controls include, where applicable:
• encrypted integration credentials;
• AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption;
• server-side credential handling;
• authenticated API requests;
• organization-level data isolation;
• role-based access controls;
• webhook signature verification;
• restricted administrative operations;
• credential fingerprints rather than plaintext token display;
• server-side organization scoping;
• security and audit records.
No information system can guarantee absolute security, and SalesChat cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or security incidents will never occur.
19. DATA RETENTION
SalesChat retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
• provide the SalesChat service;
• maintain conversation history requested by business customers;
• operate connected integrations;
• support customer service and troubleshooting;
• maintain account and security records;
• comply with applicable legal obligations;
• resolve disputes;
• enforce applicable agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and how the organization uses SalesChat.
SalesChat does not currently apply a single automatic retention period to all contacts, conversations, messages, or WhatsApp Platform Data.
Businesses may contact SalesChat regarding specific retention or deletion requirements for their account.
20. DISCONNECTING COMMUNICATION CHANNELS AND INTEGRATIONS
An authorized SalesChat administrator may disconnect supported communication channels and integrations.
For supported integrations that use stored credentials, disconnecting the integration may remove, invalidate, or revoke the applicable credential or authorization and mark the relevant connection as inactive or disconnected, depending on the integration and provider.
WHATSAPP BUSINESS
For WhatsApp Business, when a supported WhatsApp integration is disconnected:
• the stored Meta access credential associated with the integration is removed from SalesChat;
• the relevant channel connection is marked as inactive or disconnected; and
• SalesChat can no longer use the removed credential to send authorized requests through that connection.
GOOGLE CALENDAR
For Google Calendar, when an authorized administrator disconnects the integration:
• SalesChat attempts to revoke the applicable Google OAuth authorization through Google's token revocation mechanism;
• SalesChat permanently removes the locally stored Google OAuth credentials associated with the connection, including stored access and refresh credentials;
• local credentials are removed even if Google's revocation service is temporarily unavailable or the applicable Google token has already been invalidated or revoked; and
• SalesChat can no longer use the removed credentials to make authorized Google Calendar API requests through that connection.
Disconnecting Google Calendar does not automatically delete historical SalesChat booking records created while the integration was active. Historical booking records may retain technical identifiers associated with previously created Google Calendar events, but those identifiers do not independently authorize SalesChat to access the user's Google Calendar.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Disconnecting a communication channel or integration does not necessarily automatically delete historical:
• contacts;
• conversation history;
• messages;
• conversation events;
• booking records;
• internal notes;
• custom attribute values; or
• other records previously created through use of the integration.
Historical information may continue to be retained in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
21. META USER DATA DELETION REQUESTS
Meta may send SalesChat a signed data deletion request relating to a Meta App-Scoped User ID.
SalesChat cryptographically verifies supported Meta data deletion requests using HMAC-SHA256 before processing them.
After a valid request is verified, SalesChat processes deletion of information associated with the Meta App-Scoped User ID supplied by Meta.
If SalesChat has no stored operational information associated with that identifier, the request is completed and recorded with no data requiring deletion.
SalesChat provides Meta with:
• a confirmation code; and
• a public status URL
so that the processing status of the request can be verified.
The public status response is designed not to disclose personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp identifiers, organization identifiers, or internal database identifiers.
A Meta App-Scoped User ID is different from a WhatsApp wa_id or WhatsApp phone number.
Accordingly, Meta's App User Data Deletion Callback should not be interpreted as an automatic deletion mechanism for a WhatsApp end-customer's conversation history.
22. WHATSAPP END-CUSTOMER PRIVACY REQUESTS
Individuals who communicate with a business through WhatsApp may have privacy rights regarding their personal information under applicable law.
Because SalesChat processes customer communications on behalf of businesses using the service, individuals should generally first contact the business with which they communicated regarding requests concerning that business's customer records.
Individuals may also contact SalesChat at:
soporte@saleschat.cc
We may request information reasonably necessary to:
• identify the relevant business;
• verify the request;
• protect against fraudulent or unauthorized requests;
• locate applicable records;
• determine what information is subject to the request.
SalesChat will evaluate valid privacy requests in accordance with applicable law and its role in processing the relevant information.
23. SALESCHAT ACCOUNT AND BUSINESS DATA REQUESTS
SalesChat customers may contact us regarding:
• access to their account information;
• correction of inaccurate information;
• privacy questions;
• deletion requests;
• restriction or objection requests where applicable;
• organization data;
• connected integrations.
Submitting a request does not necessarily mean that every piece of information can or must be immediately deleted.
Certain information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.
24. PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information.
These may include the right to request:
• access to personal information;
• correction or rectification;
• deletion or cancellation;
• objection to certain processing;
• restriction of processing;
• information regarding how personal data is processed.
In Mexico, applicable rights may include the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition commonly referred to as ARCO rights.
To submit a privacy request, contact:
soporte@saleschat.cc
Please include sufficient information for us to understand and verify your request.
We may need to request additional information to confirm your identity and prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion of another person's information.
25. DATA RELATING TO OUR CUSTOMERS' CONTACTS
Where a business uses SalesChat to communicate with its own customers, leads, prospects, or contacts, that business may act as the party primarily responsible for determining the purposes of those communications.
SalesChat processes information necessary to provide the platform, messaging, automation, and integration services requested by that business.
Business customers are responsible for:
• having an appropriate basis or permission to communicate with their customers where required;
• complying with applicable communication and messaging policies;
• complying with Meta and WhatsApp requirements when using WhatsApp Business;
• providing privacy disclosures required by applicable law;
• using customer information only for lawful purposes;
• configuring third-party integrations responsibly;
• responding appropriately to privacy requests received directly from their customers.
26. CUSTOMER-CONFIGURED THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
SalesChat may allow an organization to connect its own third-party services, APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, AI providers, or other systems.
These services may vary from organization to organization and are not necessarily operated, selected, or controlled by SalesChat.
When an organization chooses to send SalesChat data to one of its independently configured third-party services, the organization is responsible for evaluating that service and determining whether its use is appropriate and lawful.
SalesChat may facilitate the technical transmission of information to such services when instructed by the organization.
This Privacy Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of third-party services selected and controlled by SalesChat customers.
27. CHILDREN
SalesChat is a business communications platform and is not designed or marketed as a service for children.
SalesChat customers should not knowingly use the service to collect or process children's personal information in violation of applicable law.
If you believe information relating to a child has been improperly processed through SalesChat, contact us at:
soporte@saleschat.cc
28. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
SalesChat may use cookies or similar technologies that are technically necessary to:
• authenticate users;
• maintain sessions;
• protect account security;
• remember necessary application preferences;
• operate the SalesChat application.
SalesChat does not currently use third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs within the SalesChat application for the purpose of selling or profiling customer conversation data or WhatsApp Platform Data.
29. LEGAL DISCLOSURES
SalesChat may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:
• comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, court order, or valid governmental request;
• enforce our agreements and policies;
• investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
• protect the rights, safety, property, or security of SalesChat, our customers, users, or others;
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where legally permitted and appropriate, SalesChat may notify affected customers of such requests.
SalesChat seeks to limit disclosures to information reasonably necessary to comply with valid legal obligations.
30. BUSINESS TRANSFERS
If SalesChat or its operator is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections.
31. CHANGES TO CONNECTED SERVICES AND PROVIDERS
SalesChat is an evolving software platform.
Supported communication channels, infrastructure providers, AI providers, automation services, and integrations may change as the platform develops.
The availability of a particular integration does not mean that every SalesChat organization uses that integration or that information is automatically transmitted to it.
We may update this Privacy Policy when changes to our service providers or integrations materially affect our processing of personal information.
32. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as SalesChat evolves, new integrations are introduced, legal requirements change, or our data practices are updated.
When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date shown at the top of this Privacy Policy.
Where required by law, we may provide additional notice regarding material changes.
